Yet again, I certainly don't do enough of THIS these days. - I think after doing erotica for so long, you drift away from the simpler attacks or actions and aim for "bigger things", forgetting that you can make great mountains out of (what may seem like) molehills, and any action in erotica is as big as you MAKE IT. You can make character X knock character Y out just by showing then their elbow - if you work it well enough.
